The first step was just getting them online, now we use our team of experts and some great technology to enhance the training as much as you like. To maintain the highest control of course content and delivery possible, enhancements are only made by your request and are carefully monitored by certified professionals on our team.

We start by improving the layout where possible and maximizing it for Internet use. This includes creating active links in the text and illustrations. We can then improve illustrations and graphics for additional functionality and user benefit.

Making the courses interactive is a major part of going online. Students can be asked questions along the way which act as 'gates' to keep the student from moving on until they understand the section they just completed. Quizzes and final exams can easily be created and administered by you, with the student's marks being calculated and sent to you automatically.

When you are ready to really take advantage of technology, we can augment the e-learning process with technical animations and even three dimensional computer generated graphics which make, for example, re-assembly of a 747's nose gear strut easy to understand and difficult to do incorrectly.

You choose the level of enhancement based on your goals and budget. The costs of enhancement will be recovered through savings in travel, labour, etc.
